Brittany Hockley flaunted the fruits of her labour on Friday when she stripped down to her underwear to show off her very toned figure.

The radio host, 37, took to her Instagram Stories to spruik ‘vegan undies’ company Nat’V Basics, who she recently partnered with, capturing several videos of herself modelling the garments.

In the first clip, the former Bachelor star could be seen putting her ripped abs on display as she poured her frame into a matching yellow two-piece while sitting on a chair in her home.

She then slipped into a pink set as she twisted her form this way and that to highlight her slim but muscular pins.

The media personality pulled her dark locks back into a bun and accessorised with only a thin gold necklace and bracelet, choosing to let the frocks speak for themselves.

Brittany has been putting in about eight hours of dancing a day for eight weeks to get prepared for Dancing with the Stars, and she recently told Daily Mail Australia it has been a hard slog.

‘I did the jungle last year and I would say that dancing is way harder. It’s the most intense thing I’ve ever done,’ she said.

‘It is 100 per cent the hardest show I’ve ever done and I think this is me done with reality now. Unless I’m hosting it, I don’t think I’ll be on another reality show.

‘I love fitness and I’ve always been really fit. So I thought that would be a benefit going into the show—and it definitely was. But I was nowhere near fit enough.

‘My fiancé’s a professional athlete and he doesn’t even do eight hours of training a day.’

Brittany and her fiancé Ben Siegrist use fitness tracking apps to compare their training schedules and check in with each other.

In recent weeks, her activity and ‘stress levels’ have been higher than her professional athlete partner’s.

‘I have muscles I didn’t even know I had! I’m so sore. I feel like I’ve been hit by a bus every single day,’ Brittany said, gesturing to her muscled legs.

Brittany and her Swiss partner Ben are due to tie the knot in Bali in 2025.

The long-distance couple, who recently celebrated their two-year relationship anniversary, use WhatsApp to text while the 32-year-old soccer goalkeeper lives internationally, and Brittany resides in her native Australia.

They have not seen each other in-person for several months due to living on different continents.

The pair met in November 2022 on the celebrity dating app Raya and at the time, the goalkeeper’s soccer team, the Glasgow-based Celtic FC, was playing in Australia against Sydney FC.

They often split their time between Australia and Scotland, where Benjamin currently lives, but Ben has plans to relocate to Australia after they are wed.
