Married At First Sight’s Carina Mirabile has undergone another cosmetic procedure after debuting her new breast implants last week.

The reality star, 31, who is paired with controversial groom Paul Antoine, 31, on the show, had some anti-ageing injectables done under her eyes at Sydney clinic on Tuesday.

The Cosmetic Lounge posted a clip of Carina, joined by her stylist Jacob Muller, getting the jabs on their Instagram page.

‘We opted for the NCTF 135 HA skin booster to get our skin looking fresh and glowy,’ the caption read.

‘It’s packed with vitamins and hyaluronic acid to hydrate, smooth, and brighten especially targeting the under eye area (because let’s be real tired eyes show up on camera).

Carina ensured all eyes were on her when she stepped out for a pizza date with co-stars Adrian Araouzou, Ryan Donnelly and Eliot Donovan.

She proudly showed off her new breast implants on the night, opting to go braless in a crisp white singlet that flaunted her enhanced frame.

Carina also wore a skirt that offered a hint of her trim and toned pins teamed with knee-high black leather boots.

She accessorised with a $1000 Hermès handbag and a dark coat she carried in the crook of her arm.

The group arrived at popular Darlinghurst pizzeria Bill and Toni’s without their on-screen significant others.

Other diners and passers-by appeared to have quite the appetite for the reality foursome, and they were only to happy to satiate their cravings.

The reality TV stars were spotted happily posing with a gaggle of fans that had congregated in front of the eatery.
