Controversial Married At First Sight bride Jacqui Burfoot has broken down as she attempted to defend her actions on the hit Nine experiment.

The consultant, 29, has certainly not been backward in coming forward with a deluge of posts on social media as her TV marriage to Ryan Donnelly disintegrates.

In a now deleted TikTok, Jacqui teared up once more as she discussed her recent disastrous Homestays visit to Ryan’s home town of Campbelltown.

During the shock episode, things went from bad to worse for the couple after Ryan welcomed her into his home.

Jacqui was left horrified with the items she saw in his house before she got a dressing down from his close – Adam and Karla – at a local bar.

The reality star was seen sobbing at the start of the video, which was shot just after the confrontation, before launching into her version of events.

‘I just had a catch up with Ryan’s friends and basically what happened was I sat down… and we had some reasonable conversations,’ she said.

Jacqui continued: ‘Then we got into basically an argument. First of all it was nice, it was just kind of us chatting.’

She then said that things took a turn for the worst when the subject of her honesty Letter to Ryan was broached.

‘It then eventually came to Ryan’s letter and them basically asking me about what I wrote in it,’ Jacqui explained.

‘She said she was appalled and I said: “What were you appalled about?” then she said, “You tell me,” and I was like,  “Lets go through it.”

Jacqui then doubled down on calling her groom a liar during the fractious chat  claiming that her words were ‘accurate’.

‘Then Ryan kind of explained that I questioned his financial stability and I explained that he had planned to be an actor. So I just said this and basically I said, “he’s lying” and they’re like “Why are you calling him a liar?” I said, “Because it’s an accurate description.”

‘Things got heated and Adam started yelling at me. It felt like a verbal assault because Karla was just yelling at me about thing after thing after thing and it was just really rude.’

It comes after Jacqui lashed out about the experience again on Wednesday, prior to an explosive dinner party that saw her relationship thrown asunder.

‘Last night was hard to watch. It was harder at the time. It was clear Ryan had primed his friends and they had pre-meditated an attack to take out their anger out on me,’ Jacqui began.

‘He didn’t stand up for me and almost enjoyed watching them yell at me. They were like gangstas (sic).’

‘I don’t tolerate or accept that behaviour. It was horrific and as [co-star] Lauren Hall would say, “boganic”.’She then questioned if this type of behaviour was representative of the Campbelltown population – and bluntly said she wouldn’t be returning.

‘I will not be scared into accepting behaviour like this. WTAF? If that is what Campbelltown has to offer I am never going back,’ she sniped.

Her post caught Ryan’s attention and he shared it to his page, adding his blunt response.

‘Whacky Jacqui cannot even spell simple words, let alone make herself one percent believable at this point,’ Ryan began.

‘The obsession with me, posting 24/7 for weeks and desperately swerving any accountability is laughable. This is a public message to anyone dealing with people like her: Run, block, disengage.’

Ryan and Jacqui’s differences boiled over when the groom tried to show off his Cambeltown home.

Ryan was excited to showcase his pride and joy, which he said he worked hard to buy, but the bride was left in tears after seeing how her husband lived.

Clearly unimpressed with Ryan’s choice of decor, Jacqui bizarrely burst into tears when recounting the experience to producers.

‘I just feel bad for Ryan. It was eye-opening to see his home,’ she said as the tears started to flow.

‘I just think he’s been alone here for seven years and maybe he isn’t aware of how lonely he is.

‘It really reminds me of the elderly, because a lot of the elderly live in homes where there alone for seven, 10, 15 years.’

Jacqui then condescendingly praised Ryan for being proud of his home and its contents.

‘It was so sweet of him to be so confident and so happy to bring me in,’ she said.
